Per the FMCSA a Biennial update or form MCS-150 is required to be filed if any of the below apply to your operating authority:

• Before it begins operations
• Whenever there is a change in information (address, telephone number, email, # power units, etc.)
• Every 24 months, according to the last two digits of the carriers usdot
